Primacy Realty is a locally owned brokerage operated by licensed broker Mark Shawn O’Brien. Since 2005, Shawn has provided proven, experienced real estate services to hundreds of clients throughout Southwest Florida. Along with Shawn, Johnathan and Ruth provide experienced, proven representation to all of our clients.

Our office is conveniently located at the intersection of College Parkway and the Summerlin flyover, directly across from the Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) campus—making us accessible, local, and firmly rooted in the community we serve.

Over the past several years, we observed a growing number of consumers choosing to sell their own properties using flat-fee and internet-based companies. Through firsthand experience, we have also seen many of the challenges and limitations that often come with remote, non-local providers.

Our goal is to offer a local alternative to the cost of full-service real estate representation for sellers who prefer a more hands-on approach. Primacy Realty’s flat-fee programs provide direct access to the local MLS, combined with the benefit of working with an experienced, Southwest Florida–based broker.

These programs deliver the same—or lower—cost than many online flat-fee companies, while offering something those companies cannot: local knowledge, accountability, and real, accessible support. Do we offer full fiduciary representation? Absolutely! And the representation programs we offer are substantially less (half or less) than most competing brokerages in Southwest Florida.
