Once you place your order and contact our office we will begin to collect your property’s information and pictures to prepare your listing on our Florida Gulf Coast MLS. We will also place the order for your custom sign to be made (usually a 3 day turnaround). After everything has been received, your listing will be active in 72 hours. Once active, you will receive any inquiries directly from the system for showings. Any changes or questions, we are just a call away. If things become complicated, you can always upgrade your program so we can offer more assistance. The most important thing is to sell your property!
